A very happy pride to all, and a happy Gay Wrath/Disability Pride month as well! (In my experience, disability does often lead to gay wrath, so it’s only fitting that July is both).
The rumors are true — I got married this month! Quick photodump because I wanna share a few pictures.
But this wedding is only one of many personal victories that I have had this month, and I’m so excited to share!
Improv Debut
June was my first month as a performer with The Revival Improv Theater, and I’ve been having a fantastic time performing in their new show, Improv Near Me! If you’re in the Chicago area, check it out for sure. Let me know if you want a free ticket. I can make it happen. Plus I’ll be teaching summer camp at The Revival this summer!

Unplanned Obsolescence at Trans Scribe
It was unreal to see the staged reading of my sci-fi play Unplanned Obsolescence at Steppenwolf, presented as part of Gender Fucked Productions’ Trans Scribe Festival. The actors knocked it out of the park, and director Whitney Chitwood was so insightful and generous. She elevated my work to a level I never could have acheived on my own.

Our new show, Murder Babies, will premiere July 21! To begin with, we’re only releasing the pilot, but more is on its way. Murder Babies is a false true crime podcast. This is SBP’s FIRST horror show, and we’re excited to share it with you.
